Dr. Mark Hershowitz received his Bachelor’s Degree in biology at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He went on to receive a bachelor of science and doctorate degree at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He received multiple scholastic awards at graduation where he finished in the top 10% of his class.
He has delivered excellence in eye care spanning more than three decades; and specializes in diagnosing and treating ocular disease. He has co-managed over 10,000 post-operative cases with multiple surgeons. His experience led him to be one of few optometrists to assist in educating incoming residents at Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia.
Dr Hershowitz presently resides in Chaumont, NY with his wife; where he enjoys exercise, healthy eating, music and watching professional sports.
